Developers aren't just looking for an operator. They're looking for the right operator. Usually, this will be based upon their assessment of the following:
- a care delivery track record and CQC ratings
- financial stability
- operational structure
- regulatory compliance
- realistic growth strategy
- ability to open and mobilise new homes

If you have expressed an interest in registering your business with us, then we know exactly who you are and how your business operates. Therefore, when we see a scheme coming through our development pipeline, we'll know immediately if you could work well together.

The Registration Process

We've tried to keep things simple.

1. Register your interest
Complete the registration form, which provides information regarding your business, including your areas of care specialisation, regional preferences and desired types of opportunities.

2. Review of the details
Our development team will review the details you provided. If we need further clarification or would like to speak with you further, we may contact you to discuss your needs.

3. Matching of schemes to operators
Once we've reviewed your details and spoken with you (if required), we will look at all the schemes in our development pipeline and identify those that align closely with your criteria, including location, size, type of care provided, commercial terms, etc.

4. Introductions & discussions
Some Introductions may occur very early in the Process (i.e., even prior to finalisation of planning), while others may involve reviewing schemes once they have been completed and are ready for operation. Depending on the specific circumstances of each project, we will adopt an approach which best suits the project.

Finally, we provide an understanding of the importance of quality construction methods and long-term maintenance needs when constructing a facility that provides ongoing healthcare services.

In addition to assisting in matching developers with operators, we also help create a partnership with mutual interest in the project's success.

After registration
When you register, you can expect:

1. A staff member from our company will assess your registration submission.
2. We will reach out to you if necessary to gather additional information and/or schedule an initial consultation.
3. Your data will be stored exclusively for use in introducing you to relevant opportunities.
4. Only those opportunities that meet your established parameters will be introduced to you.
