What We Look For in a Care Home Contractor

We don't work with everyone. We look for contractors who meet a specific standard:

• Proven experience in care homes, healthcare, or similar regulated environments
• Understanding of infection control, working in occupied buildings, and CQC-compliant finishes
• CHAS, Constructionline, or equivalent accreditation preferred
• Strong health and safety record
• References from previous care sector or healthcare projects
